Open Positions
We are always seeking talented, mission-driven individuals to join our team in Sacramento. Current opportunities include:
Community Manager (CCAM preferred)
Lead the day-to-day management of a portfolio of HOA communities. Serve as the primary point of contact for boards and homeowners, coordinate vendors, enforce governing documents, and ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely.
Assistant Community Manager
Support senior managers with administrative tasks, homeowner communications, meeting preparation, and vendor coordination. Ideal for candidates entering the HOA management profession.
Staff Accountant
Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly financial reporting for assigned association clients. CPA candidates and HOA accounting experience welcome.
Maintenance Technician
Perform routine and preventative maintenance, handyman repairs, and site inspections for community properties across the Sacramento area. Licensed General Contractor or trade certifications a plus.
Administrative / Homeowner Support Specialist
Provide responsive, professional support to homeowners and board members by phone and email. Process documents, maintenance requests, violations, and architectural applications.
